Introducing the Suunto Ambit3 Sports HRM GPS. This watch is a great training partner, keeping you up to date on how you are doing throughout your, run swim or cycle. The watch is GPS enabled, allowing you to plan and upload a route to the watch and in turn the watch will guide you through from start to finish. Working alongside the GPS enabled features is the Activity tracker. The activity tracker feature monitors your movements using the watches internal accelerometer. It provides on-screen assessment of your daily activity including estimated calorie expenditure and recovery times. The watch is also wireless and gives you the option to connect to other compatible Bluetooth devices. For example, you are able to connect the watch to your phone and the watch will alert you when you have an incoming call, text, email or even a Facebook notifications. This keep you in-touch with your friends and family whilst exercising, so you don't have to worry about missing a thing. There is a downloadable app which is compatible with iPhones from 4s upwards to the new 6 and 6+. The app is rather good, allowing you to upload and view activities, make settings changes and create 'Suunto Movies' of your adventures.
