This calibre, offering a staggering five day power reserve, is the result of elaborate research and extensive development carried out in house. The movement is particularly anti magnetic and features a twin barrel to promise its impressively long power reserve.
To achieve this, each barrel features and extended mainspring that produces two and a half days of power reserve. Built for daring underwater exploration, the Oris Aquis Date watch is crafted from a multipiece stainless steel construction with anti glare properties built into its domed sapphire crystal glass front. In addition to this, it features a sapphire crystal glass caseback, enabling the wearer to admire the beautiful performance of the Calibre 400.
The dial side of this Oris Aquis Date watch is executed in an intense and rich, deep green colour. The hour indexes and central hands have been treated with Super Lumi Nova material, while the date aperture resides in its usual location at 6 o’clock. The matching green unidirectional rotating bezel can be used to time underwater durations thanks to its 60 minute dive scale and the watch also comes fitted to a supple black rubber strap engraved with the iconic Oris lettering.
