Inspired by the Bauhaus, this edition of the Max Bill Automatic pays homage to the iconic German art school with red accents. Giving a nod to the red doors of the Bauhaus building in Dessau, this watch features red details on the hour and minute hands, with the second hand finished with a red tip. On the caseback, the building comes to life with a printed motif that offers a glimpse at the J800.1 self-winging movement.
Naturally, the front doors are red. To complement these bright accents, Junghans designed this wristwatch with a matte black dial, black PVD-coated case, and a black leather strap. And the result? One of the most elegant watches you can wear, whether you’re a fan of the Bauhaus or simply adore the versatility of minimalist timepieces.
This watch is part of a series that also includes the Max Bill Chronoscope Bauhaus in a matching black and red palette.
