This model uses another new dial process for EB - fumé - where the centre of the dial is lighter than the outside. With an embossed dial and a subtle matt metallic texture in the paint, the darker periphery adds contrast that makes the numerals easier to read, as well as adding an almost tropical sun-bleached-dial feel
