The original WW2 issue watches were made by Omega, Longines and JLC, conforming to a specification calling for a watch with central seconds, black Arabic numerals, non-luminous dark hands and a chrome or stainless steel case. These reproductions feature a dual quartz battery-operated movement.

The silver-cream dial features the R.A.F. Motto 'Per Ardua Ad Astra' and ‘Ailager’ branding, while the case back is stamped with the A.M. 6B/159 watch designation.

Fitted with an adjustable deep blue PU leather strap that has an attractive textured finish.
